We are now open on Wednesdays. Our seasonal hours are Wednesday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, which gives you one more day each week to find a deal and support local families. Hours can shift around holidays, so a quick call to (509) 667-1638 is always welcome before you load up the truck.
What you'll find
Walk through the doors at 615 S Wenatchee Ave and you will find a little bit of everything: kitchen cabinets waiting for a second life, solid interior doors, windows, lighting, tile, flooring, lumber and trim, tools, hardware, furniture, and working appliances. Some of it comes from a neighbor finishing a remodel. Some of it comes from a contractor with surplus at the end of a job. Some of it is brand new, overstock from a local supplier who would rather see it used than stored.
Because every item is donated, the shelves look different from one week to the next. That is half the fun. Regulars stop in on Wednesday mornings to see what came through the door, and first-time shoppers are often surprised at how far a small budget goes when materials are priced 50-70% below retail. If you are fixing a rental, finishing a basement, furnishing a first apartment, or replacing a single cabinet door, it is worth a look before you buy new.
Our staff and volunteers are happy to help you measure, load, and think through a project. Nobody here works on commission. We simply want good materials to stay out of the landfill and end up in a home where they are needed.
Where your money goes
The Habitat Store is not a side project. It is one of the steadiest ways we fund affordable homeownership in Chelan and Douglas Counties. The money you spend on a used door or a dining table goes straight back into lumber, concrete, roofing, and permits for the next Habitat home, including the five homes rising on Wilson Street right now.
That means a Saturday shopping trip is also a donation, a recycling program, and a vote of confidence in your neighbors, all at once. Since 1990 this community has helped us build more than 50 homes locally, and the store is a big part of how that keeps happening.

Bring donations during open hours, Wednesday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and a staff member will help you unload. We provide a receipt for every donation.
