Three things we look for.

Applicants are reviewed by our Family Selection Committee on these three criteria.

Your current home is overcrowded, unsafe, or unaffordable for your household.

  2. 02

    Ability to pay

You have steady income to make affordable monthly mortgage payments under our program.

  3. 03

    Willingness to partner

You're ready to take part in education, build days, and meetings throughout the process.
